At SachTrend, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard shipping across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid delivery may be available for eligible locations and products.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, location, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free across India.

Any applicable additional charges, such as special delivery charges or COD charges, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order page, where available.

You can use the tracking details to check your shipment status directly with the courier.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed, please allow a little additional time due to possible courier or operational delays.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at silentmedia09@gmail.com with your order number.

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept a COD order, additional charges or restrictions may apply where applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

7. International Shipping

Currently, SachTrend ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We may introduce international shipping in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
